Shipping to Canada & USA
By signing this agreement, the customer authorizes Evcustom E-Bikes Canada Inc. and its technicians to inspect, diagnose, service, repair, test, and/or perform approved work on the customer’s e-bike, e-scooter, mobility scooter, electric motorcycle-style vehicle, battery, or other electric vehicle/equipment (“Vehicle”).
The customer confirms that they are the owner of the Vehicle or are otherwise authorized to approve repairs on it. The customer authorizes Evcustom E-Bikes Canada Inc. to perform diagnostic procedures and any repairs, parts replacement, or other services subsequently approved by the customer.
The customer understands that additional problems may be discovered during diagnosis or repair. Any additional work requiring additional charges will require customer approval before proceeding.
For electrical-related issues, the customer agrees to a $79.99 diagnostic fee, plus applicable taxes.
If the customer approves and proceeds with the recommended repair arising from the diagnosis, the $79.99 diagnostic fee will be waived.
If the customer declines the repair, does not proceed with the recommended work, or chooses to retrieve the Vehicle without completing the repair, the diagnostic fee remains payable.
Any estimate provided before or during service is based on the information available at that time. Additional faults, damaged components, wiring issues, or other problems may be discovered once diagnosis or repair work begins. The customer will be contacted for authorization before additional chargeable work is performed.
The customer authorizes Evcustom E-Bikes Canada Inc. and its technicians to operate, power on, charge, test, and, where reasonably necessary, road-test the Vehicle for diagnostic and repair verification purposes.
Once the customer has been notified that the Vehicle or item is ready for pickup, the customer is responsible for arranging pickup and payment promptly.
Items not picked up within 7 business days after notification of completion will be subject to storage fees. Storage fees will continue to accumulate until the Vehicle or item is picked up, subject to applicable law.
Vehicles, batteries, parts, chargers, and other property remaining at our facility for 30 days or more after the customer has been notified that the item is ready for pickup may be considered unclaimed.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Evcustom E-Bikes Canada Inc. will not be responsible for loss, deterioration, battery degradation, or damage resulting from extended storage or the customer's failure to retrieve the item. Any handling, disposal, sale, or other treatment of unclaimed property will be carried out in accordance with applicable Ontario law.
The customer acknowledges that used e-vehicles may have pre-existing wear, damage, modifications, electrical faults, corrosion, water damage, degraded batteries, loose or damaged wiring, or other conditions unrelated to the work being performed.
Evcustom E-Bikes Canada Inc. is not responsible for pre-existing damage or failures unrelated to the repairs performed.
